Download and Support Policy

After checkout, your digital files are delivered through the checkout provider. Download from a desktop or mobile browser if an app view does not show files correctly.

Before contacting support

Open the Start Here PDF first. Then check that ZIP files are fully downloaded and extracted before opening workbooks or PDF files.
